I have been using Plaxo in the exact setup for some time and have seen all the listed problems. Unfortunately the November 1st update did not fix the alarm issue. The time shift only occurs on the Windows side and Plaxo online, thankfully looks ok on iCal and iPhone. Anyone know of a fix, please post this here.

Yes, the Alarm issue, according to my source, is not due to be released for a bit. I will see if I can reach out to find out more information on timing of the release.
